Post 2 : Never Ever Walk in Gym

Up-Date on Week 2

PT has now steeped up a gear, and lessons have also started on the SA 80 and Rules of Engagement.

We had our first endurance run 3 mile up down hill. I can now strip and clean a rifle.

I have also received and completed much circuit training (Military Style).

TIPS:

1. Listen watch REVISE and try hard at linnet Clough if you do the endurance run will be easy. Try and keep personal fitness up following Linnet.

2. When you are here try your best particularly on the swim and circuit training "try your best then some more".

3."Never ever walk in gym".
